Callisto Media’s Credo

Our first obligation is to our end customers, the people who consume the things we make. We will create a universe of products that address the diverse needs and aspirations of our customer base. They must be able to have confidence in the things they buy from us, which must be effective in helping them achieve the goals which prompted their purchase. We should not introduce costs into our process which do not result in a benefit to the customer, and our prices should be set in such a way that our customers realize high value relative to the price paid.

Our second obligation is to our employees. We must provide them with a safe and inclusive workplace, recognize their individuality and contributions, be honest with them, and foster an environment of ownership and accountability. We strive to provide opportunities for skills development and growth based on contributions, accomplishments, and embodiment of core values.
